The TPA was notified of eighty-five bank account changes that needed to be made to the current EFT file. We received four new additions that were also added to the file. These changes/additions were made and a new file was distributed today, August 25, 2014. Please check your CGDP mailbox to confirm receipt. For these eighty-nine records, we have updated the banking information, and the EFT Effective Date column with 08/25/2014.
